Energy recovery device is one of the three key equipments in membrane reverse osmosis seawater desalination field, and it is currently the only key equipment that depends on imports for large-scale domestic engineering applications. Previously there was no corresponding national standard to rely on, and it was only up to the unilateral decisions of foreign manufacturers. However, after undertaking the "Research and Development and Application Demonstration of Desalination Energy Recovery Device" project of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Support Plan "Reverse Osmosis Desalination Key Equipment Development" project, it broke this situation and realized energy Localization of recovery equipment. At the same time, this is also the second national science and technology support project undertaken by the company.
This standard mainly specifies the classification and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and other contents of reverse osmosis energy recovery devices. It is applicable to work exchange energy recovery devices for desalination systems such as reverse osmosis seawater desalination and brackish water desalination.
In 2013, the production of “large-scale desalination high-pressure pumps with a daily output of 10,000 tons and above” was successfully completed. In April 2014, the 125,000-ton unit was officially put into operation in Zhoushan Liuheng Desalination Phase II project.
